Land Sale Deed by the Sons of Mohammad Abdel-Fattah Saleh Qazaar, 23 February 1942

Issued on 12 Safar 1361 AH, corresponding to 23 February 1942 AD, this document shows a sale deed for land located within the village of Burqa called "Ras at-Tabib", owned by Saeed and Abdel-Khaleq Mohammad Abdel-Fattah to Saleh Khalil Qazaar, who bought it for 28 Palestinian pounds. Bordered by the land of Abdessalman's sons from the south, the land of Ibrahim Abdullah from the west, the land of Khalil Abdullah from the east and the land of Yousef Saeed Abdullah. The deed was testified by 6 witnesses from the village of Burqa and stamped with a Mandate stamp, on the other side of the deed, the owner of the land, Saleh Khalil Qazaar, sold the plot of land to his wife, Shannara Mahmoud Qazaar.
