The Minutes of the Agricultural Committee Session No.118 and 119 of 1996

The minutes of session No. 118 of the Agricultural Committee in Salfit, held on 29 Nov 1996_x000D_ The Committee decide during this session to assign one of the members of the Agricultural Committee to collect the fine from a merchant because he had purchased olives from young people before the allowed date. The Committee also allow aṣ-Ṣeyafe, which isa Palestinian tradition of leaving the gleanings of olive trees for the poor to pick up. They also suspend 2 guards, but kept the other two until the end of the olives harvest season. During the 119th session, held on 6 Dec 1996, the Committee fine three people for violating the committee's instructions during the olive harvest, and they also decide to pay the salaries for the two guards._x000D_
