The Sale Deed of "a Piece of Land" from Sabha Nawaj'a to Abdel-Hamid Nawaj'a, Yatta, August 1944

Dated in Shaaban 1363 AH, corresponding to August 1944, this document shows the sale deed of a piece of land by Sabha Msallam Nawaj'a in Yatta to the south of Hebron to Abdel-Hamid Nawaj'a for 70 pounds, as it included the signatures of the buyer and the witnesses and the fingerprint of the seller.
