This 53-page document shows the diaries of Fandi Mhanna from Buqei'a- Upper Galilee for the year 1976, where he focused on narrating the details of his daily and social life, in addition to describing the weather and a Hijri calendar. In this agenda, Mhanna addressed his relationship with his family, pointing out how he spent his time in Buqei'a where he participated in solving tribal disputes in the area with the Sheikhs from neighbouring villages. He pointed out resorting to formal courts in specific cases such as divorce and occasional meetings are conducted to discuss different issues. He also spoke about participating in many social events and visiting the Tombs of Prophet al-Khader and Prophet Sabalan, where people gather to practise religious rituals. In addition, Mhanna spoke about sending the local council a letter regarding closing down his grocery store due to the Additional Tax Law issued by the Financial Ministry imposed on merchants. He also recorded financial accounts such as his debts, grocery store accounts, olive crop production and payment of taxes in the Land Registration Department. Mhanna also spoke about his direct involvement to the land, as he constantly weeded, planted and took care of the land. In addition to mentioning the olive picking season and pressing it via the oil presser.
