A Letter from Darwish al-Abyad to the Director of the Office of the PLO, 25 January 1971
Sent on 25 January 1971, this document shows a letter from Darwish al-Abyad, General Director of the Palestinian National Fund, to the Director of the Office of the Palestine Liberation Organization. In the letter, he discussed the arrangements for the travel of the members of the Palestinian National Council to Cairo to attend the Eighth Session of the Council, scheduled for 27 February 1971.
