Two Tax Receipts in the Name of Mohammad and Safiyeh Eliyan, Jerusalem, 1914
Issued by the Ottoman Tax Collection Department in Jerusalem in 1914, corresponding to 1332 AH, this document shows two tax receipts for land tax paid by Mohammad Suleiman Eliyan and his mother Safiyeh Eliyan for lands they owned in the village of Deir Ayoub. The receipts bear the signature and the seal of the tax collector.
