The Minutes of Sessions No. 289 and 290 of the Salfit Municipal Council, December 1959
Handwritten on 6 and 9 December 1959, this document shows the minutes of sessions No. 289 and 290, convened by the Salfit Municipal Committee on these dates. During these sessions, the Committee made several decisions, including fixing the electricity price at 40 fils per kilowatt, offering the boys' school and the girls' school a discount of 50% on the price of water consumed and entrusting Afif Karkaba, a mechanical engineer, with solving the issue of the electric units in the Electricity Network Project.
