Handwritten on 16 April 1953, this document shows the minutes of session No. 54, convened by the Salfit Village Council on this date. During the session, the Council made several decisions, including handling the summons lodged by the villagers, fining offenders in addition to sending a letter to the District Provincial Governor to refute the accusation that some of the inhabitants of Salfit embraced the principles of communism.
