Handwritten on 3 September 1953, this document shows the minutes of session No. 70, convened by the Salfit Municipal Council on this date. During the session, the Council made several decisions, including sending a report to the Provincial Governor of Nablus District requesting assistance with the installation of an olive press, in addition to dispatching a delegation to the Reconstruction Office in Jerusalem and Amman to check with them on the issue of the loan requested by the Council.
