Handwritten on 5 March 1954, this document shows the minutes of session No. 89, convened by the Salfit Municipal Council on this date. During the session, the Council made several decisions, including a decision requiring every two members of the Council to submit a report containing the names of tax evaders in the years 1952- 1954 and fining the owners of livestock for their livestock trespassing on the trees.
