Handwritten on 19 March 1954, this document shows the minutes of session No. 90, convened by the Salfit Municipal Council on this date. During the session, the Council made several decisions, including finalizing and submitting the Council's budget to the District Director for approval in addition to raising the salaries of the Council clerk, (green) olive orchard guards, the school janitor and the mechanic.
