Handwritten on 4 August 1954, this document shows the minutes of session No. 104, convened by the Salfit Municipal Council on this date. During the session, the Council made several decisions, including awarding the tender of the toilets of the Salfit School for Girls and the Salfit School for Boys to Radi Aref from Nablus, in addition to covering the expenses of the party held in honor of the Jordanian Interior Minister from the Council's petty cash.
