Handwritten on 3 February 1955, this document shows the minutes of session No. 124, convened by the Salfit Municipal Council on this date. During the session, the Council made several decisions, including exempting some inhabitants from paying the olive, property and water fees; transferring 90 Dinars from the street repair item to the water network item of the Council's budget in addition to writing and submitting a report on this to the District Director.
