Handwritten on 20 July 1955, this document shows the minutes of session No. 146, convened by the Salfit Municipal Council on this date. During the session, the Council made several decisions, including concerning the issue of the travel of the Chairman of the Local Council and the worker in charge of the water engine to Amman to repair the water pump or, should it be irreparable, purchase a new one, all at the Council's expense.
