Handwritten on 28 August 1955, this document shows the minutes of session No. 153, convened by the Salfit Municipal Council on this date. During the session, the Council made several decisions, including fining those who fail to comply with the instructions for using the water basin in the town, checking the water taps at the citizens' workplaces to ensure they are closed, and fining the owner of such taps should they be found open.
